He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Puckett and Leona Puckett (Abbott); his brother Raymond Puckett; and his sister-in-law Mary Puckett. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Puckett (Gena) of Stewartsville, MO and Phillip Puckett (Allyson) of Hamilton, MO; his grandchildren, Jesse Puckett (Sammy Jo) of Hamilton, MO, Waylon Puckett (Jakolbie) of Hamilton, MO, Ashton Atkins (Michael), Bailey Tsukamoto (Tomohisa) and Cydney Puckett of Stewartsville, MO.; his great grandchildren, Russell Puckett of St. Joseph, Wilder Atkins of St. Joseph, Isaiah Atkins of St. Joseph and Irie Atkins of St. Joseph; his brother Charles Puckett; his sister-in-law Darlene Puckett; and his nephews, James Puckett of Hamilton and Gary Puckett of Hamilton. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
