He is survived by: his parents, Albert Eugene and Patricia Utley Sr. (Amburn); his girlfriend Teresa Hoover; and his siblings, Lisa Carlin (Steve), Brenda Bates (Fred), Shannon Utley (George Arch) and Larry Parks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
