Winningham of Hannibal, MO; his siblings, Joe Powell (Judy) of New London, MO, Lula Wellman (Mark) of Liberty, IL, Janice Johnston (Roy) of Lewistown, MO and Mildred Cary of Mountain View, AR; and his grandchildren, Jamie Powell (David), Dannielle Powell (Chris), Danny Powell (Shelbi), Christina Powell (Clint), John Powell, Shawn Schwanke, Cody Schwanke (Cierra), Keagan Powell, Dawson Powell, Hayden Powell (Dakota), Lisa Graham (Dwayne) and Tracey Smoot (Derek). He is also survived by great- great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
