He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hess; his son William Hess Jr.; his daughter-in-law Michelle Hess of Tucson, AZ; his daughter Christylyn Hess-Kretiv; his daughter-in-law Christine M. Kretiv of Tucson, AZ; his siblings, Barbara Kunkle of Tampa Florida and Robert Dale Hess of Hannibal, MO; his siblings-in-law, Terry Conner, Alien Nation, Sherri Gard and Robert Gard (Bob) of Palmyra, MO.; and his nephew Zander Oppy.
