It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil E. Boyd Jr. of Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on January 18, 2026, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil E. Boyd Sr. and Erma Wilt Boyd; his wife Loretta Lebo; his daughter Susan Riley; and his siblings, Martin Boyd and Faith Vayansky.
He is survived by: his children, Cathy Brockman (Alan) of Caruthersville, MO, David Boyd (Carla) of Hannibal, MO and Jennifer Boyd of Caruthersville, MO; his sisters, Janet Wagner (Larry) and Naomi Guth; and his grandchildren, Steven Burkeen, Margaret Burkeen, Rickey Lynn Riley, Laura Fogle, Luke Boyd, Levi Boyd and Landon Boyd. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
