He is survived by: his children, James Kilby Rabins of Arizona, Cynthia Cieslak (Michael) of Glencoe, OK, Laura "Lori" Webber (Bill) of Cordova, AK, Janeen Wallace (Rick) of Quincy, IL and Crystal Hayden (Paul) of Grifton, NC; and his brothers, Mark Kilby (Roseann) of Payson, IL and Tim Kilby (Jill) of Jackson, TN. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
