It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles William Perkins of Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Helen Perkins; his children, Alan Wayne Epperson (Christy) of Emden, MO, Adam Epperson (Tiffany) of Frankford, MO and Angela Lee (Kerry) of Monroe City, MO; his granddaughter Emily Beaston (Blake) of Moberly, MO.; and his siblings-in-law, Bob and Sharon Williams of New London, MO..
