He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Junior Rickey and Mabel "Bootsie" Charlene Kelsay Rickey; his children, Danielle Ann Rickey, Larry Dean Rickey and Danny Dewayne Rickey; and his siblings, Randall "Randy" Lee Rickey, Charles Brian "Cheezy" Rickey and Virginia "Ginger" Ruth Culp.
He is survived by: his sons, Bradley Rickey (Lindsay), Gary Rickey and Eddie Jones; his siblings, Donnie Rickey (Cindy), Kevin Rickey, Mike Rickey, Debbie Quinlin, Tammy Rickey (Steve), Janis Howe (Scott) and Judy Hinds (David); and his grandchildren, Collin, Brandon, Brady, Dillon, Drew, Bryson, Tyler, Kylie, Coby and Kason. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home, Inc. (302 S 5th St, Hannibal, MO 63401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
