She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Whelan and Marie Whelan (Thomas); her husband Jesse E. Fleming Sr.; her son Jesse E. Fleming Jr.; and her brother Billy Joe Whelan.
She is survived by: her children, Daryle Fleming (Julie) of Hawaii and Tracy Yakes (Yancy) of Hannibal, Missouri; her siblings, David Gene Whelan (Pat) of Columbia, Rita Rife of Sedalia and Judy Mann (Phil) of Monroe City, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Leslie, Shane, Melissa, Rachael, Sharon and Jeff. She is also survived by her eleven great-grandchildren.
