He is survived by: his mother Jo Ellen Moats Hay; his children, Heather Hubbard (Devan), Mary Davis (Dennis Resor), Jessica Lemons (Jerry), Ashley Seiz and Elijah Wheelock; his siblings, David Seiz (Lisa), Gerald Seiz, Larry L. Seiz Jr. and Angela Morrell; his grandchildren, Chevy Hubbard, Regan Davis, Derik Hubbard, Charger Lemons, Daytona Lemons, Daemon Lemons, Madison Resor, Wyatt Resor, Makayla Davis, Cayden Davis and Bentley Davis; his cousin Alta Seiz; his children, Austin Simms (Kylie), Mackenzie Painter and Yuritzy Flores; and his grandchildren, Jurnee Taylor, Jaxten Taylor, Lincoln Taylor and Carter Simms. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
