He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Elisabeth Marie Lewenczuk (Heideman); his son Jeffrey Scott Lewenczuk; and his brother Frederick Lewenczuk. He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Ann Lewenczuk of Hannibal, MO; his sons, Gregory Alan Lewenczuk (Deborah "Debbie") of Marion, IA and Brian Mark Lewenczuk (Denisa) of Hannibal, MO; his daughter-in-law Janice Gail Lewenczuk of Johnson City, TN; his brothers, John Henry Lewenczuk Jr. (Nancy) and Richard Alan Lewenczuk; his sister-in-law Ruth Lewenczuk; and his grandchildren, Heather Lee Lewenczuk Eggleston (Thomas), Rebecca Lyn Lewenczuk Utsman (Joshua), Scott Paul Lewenczuk (Shayna), Benjamin "Ben" Alan Lewenczuk, Blake Gregory Lewenczuk, Bethany Christine Lewenczuk, Hannah Brie Lewenczuk and Joshua Aaron Lewenczuk (Emily). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
