He is survived by: his children, Wyatt Johnson (Lexie), Dylan Johnson (Alexis) and Erin Bangert (Craig); his siblings, Jennifer Barnard, Corey, Chris Barnard, Connie Barnard, Cheryl Williams (Dennis) and Cindy Epperson (Pete); his parents-in-law, Tom and Rada Givan; his grandchildren, Layla, Everly Johnson, Finnley and Magnolia Bangert; and his sister-in-law April Moore (Ken). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
