She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Zumalt and Anna L. Farier Zumalt; her sons, Jerry Weide (Folweiler), Thomas Folweiler Jr. and Patrick John Folweiler; and her brothers, Bill Zumalt, Donnie Zumalt, Lonnie Zumalt and Eddie Zumalt.
She is survived by: her siblings, Larry Zumalt (Diane), Jim Zumalt (Ami), Steve Zumalt (Pam) and Darlene Simpson; and her daughters-in-law, Dawn Folweiler Skaggs and April Justice Folweiler. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
