He is survived by: his parents, Daniel MacKurth Hinds and Linda Lee Mudd Hinds of Hannibal, MO; his daughters, Jana Elizabeth Hinds of Hannibal, MO and Kara Lee Hinds of Hannibal, MO; and his brother Lee Mac Hinds of Hannibal, MO.
