He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Joseph Tate and Dorothy Pearl Yarbrough Tate; his daughter Kelly Lynn Tate; and his brothers, Michael Tate and Fred Tate.
He is survived by: his daughter Carrie Ann Booth (Andrew) of New London, MO; his brother Mark Tate (Andrea) of Hannibal, MO; his grandchildren, Lauren Booth, Aubryn Booth, Carson Booth and Benjamin Booth; his stepson Ross Page (Summer) of Hannibal, MO; and his stepgrandchildren, Sawyer Page and Daxton Page. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
