She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Earl" Moffitt and Gladys Proffit Moffitt; her siblings, Janice Hahn and Gene Moffitt; her siblings-in-law, Sam Hahn and Terry Moffitt; and her nephew Phillip Hahn.

She is survived by: her husband Cletus Lewis; her children, Jay Lewis (Nikki) of Frankford, MO and Melissa Coates (Kevin) of Hannibal, MO; her grandchildren, Amanda Lehr (Rob), Cletus "Tyler" Allen (Andi), Trevor Allen (Chase), Victoria "Shiloh" Allen, Wyatt Lewis, Elijah and Abigael Coates; her great grandchildren, Oliver Lehr, Jameson Lehr, Casey Allen, Charli Allen and Colbi Joyce Allen; her brothers, Tom Moffitt (Rita), Mike Moffitt, Jim Moffitt, Joe Moffitt (Kathy), Marty Moffitt David (Barb), Gary Moffitt (Cheryl), Ron Aten and Richard Aten (Maxine); and her pet Bandit. She is also survived by her family, friends.
