She is survived by: her children, Eddie Phillips Jr. (Shelly) of Springfield, MO and Pam Giacomini (Steve) of Roseville, CA; her siblings, Bill Easley of Columbia, MO and Kathy Shores (Steve); and her grandchildren, Beau Phillips, Kyndall Phillips, Karsyn Phillips, Jaelyn Giacomini and Jordyn Giacomini.
