She was predeceased by : her parents, Arnold Smith and Stella McCubbins Smith; her husband Gary Leroy Haynes; and her siblings, Ronald Howdeshell, Steve Smith, Linda Haynes, Michael Smith, Robert Smith, Arnold "Buzzy" Smith, Russell Smith, John Smith, Katherine Kilgore and David Smith.
She is survived by : her daughters, Tammie Unmisig of Baker, FL, Rachel Murphy (Chuck) of Hannibal, MO and Missy Lewis (W. G.) of Hannibal, MO; her siblings, Gary Smith (Bonnie) of Hannibal, MO, Cathy Nicosia of Quincy, IL, Vickie Jones of Hannibal, MO and Sandy Charlton of Hannibal, MO; her grandchildren, Samantha Prewitt (Dain), Ariean Stallard, Taylor Jackson (Justin), Ian Murphy (Ali), Allie Unmisig, Nate Lewis and Brady Murphy; and her great grandchildren, Aidan Stallard and Jude Jackson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
