It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin Ray Powell of Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on February 12, 2026, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford W. Powell, and Juanita Marie Powell, Sr.; and his sister Melinda Sue Powell. He is survived by: his children, Cody Wayne Powell (Hannah) of Reedsburg, WI and Kaylee Danielle McGraw (Luke) of Cedar Rapids, IA; his siblings, Cliff Powell Jr. (Roberta) of Hannibal, MO, Sherrill Moline (Dale) of New London, MO and Danette Peele (David) of East Hampton, NY; his grandchildren, Riverlynn Powell, Foster Powell and Asher McGraw; and his friends, Mark Vanwinkle, John Bunn, Jim Boss and Bob Dillon. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends, 10 nieces and nephews and 19 great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses, in care of Smith Funeral Home & Chapel.
