He is survived by: his sons, Weston David of Hannibal, MO and Clinton David of Hannibal, MO; his siblings, Daniel David (Katherine), Steve David, Louis Garrett (Kari), Maynard David Jr., Brenda Mikels (John) and Cheryl David McMillen; and his grandson Rogan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
