Larry D. Tate Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2025, at the age of 75, Larry D. Tate of Hannibal, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Davis Tate and Mae Pauline Leffert Tate; his siblings, Roberta Tate and Bob Tate; his brother-in-law Larry Vaughn; and his uncles, Jimmy Leffert (Betty) and Charlie Leffert (Betty).
He is survived by: his children, Dawn Weber of St. Charles, MO and Scott Tate of St. Charles, MO; his siblings, James Tate (Ruth) of Quincy, IL, Carl Tate (Carol) of Hannibal, MO, Dennis Tate (Kellie) of Hannibal, MO, Lea Vaughn of Hannibal, MO and Kathy David (Danny) of Hannibal, MO; his sister-in-law Barb J. Tate of Ohio; and his granddaughter Caitlin Weber. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home, Inc. (302 S 5th St, Hannibal, MO 63401). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Disabled Veterans Association or American Heart Association.
