She was predeceased by: her parents, Phoebe Lucille Cox Daw and John Dayton Daw, Sr.; her grandparents, Alonzo and Melissa Cox; her brother Harold Daw; her sister-in-law Nida Daw; her aunt Bessie Brown; and her pet Dani.

She is survived by: her husband Rondoll Louis Williams of Hannibal; her children, Kelly Jean Griffitts (Roy), Melissa "Katie" Kaye Carlin (Johnathan), Shelbi Danielle Walker-Williams (Joshua), Debbie Lynn Coleman (George) and Douglas "Tony" Anthony Toops (Leanne); her stepson Rondoll Shane Williams; her grandchildren, Jackye Kaylynn Rector, Shayla Janet Hughes, Brittny JoLynn Moran, Zakk McCabe Coleman, McKenzie Kaylynn Brothers and Rowan James Brothers; her siblings, Jean Pezley (Roger), John Daw, Jr. (Mary) and Colin "Spike" Daw (Mary); and her siblings-in-law, Kevin Williams (Theresa) and Gayle Williams. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family for an educational fund for Lila's grandchildren.
