He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Wanda Hays Smith; his siblings, Byron Smith and Joyce Meyer; his stepfather Kenny Brockshmidt; and his brother-in-law Al Jackson III (LaDonna).
He is survived by: his children, Justin Smith of Macon, MO, Amanda Kincaid of Hannibal, MO and Kris "Cody" Kincaid of Hannibal, MO; his brother Dale Smith (Kristy) of Foster, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Charley Jackson (Cherie) of Hannibal, MO, Millye White (Ron) of New London, MO and Susan Williams (Keith) of Wentzville, MO.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and two great great nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Northeast Missouri Humane Society or the donor's choice.
