He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Orla Parker and Lissie Parker; his wife Burlene Krider; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his children, Lea Ann Arnold (Craig), Linda Youse (Jim), Bobby Parker (Denise) and Bill Parker (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Andrew Arnold (Megan), Alex Arnold (Samantha), Lauren Youse, Lissie Wade (Jordan), Justin Parker (Erica), Brandt Parker, Tony Parker (Lyndsay) and Michael Parker. He is also survived by 18 great- grandchildren and with many in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
