He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Davis and Dora McLaughlin Davis. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Deana James (Byron) of Hannibal, MO and Daniel Smith (Tisha) of Hannibal, MO; his siblings, Dennis Davis (Amy) of Hannibal, MO and Lois Casto of Hannibal, MO; and his grandchildren, Autymn James, Carlee McCoy, Wyatt James, Ryker Smith and Zander Smith.
