It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephanie Faye Powell of Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on July 28, 2025, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Moutray and Connie Dale Moutray; her husband David Powell; her son David "Zip" Allen Powell; and her sister Brianna Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Kaylynn Powell Foreman of Hannibal, MO, Hannah Powell of Hannibal, MO, Alyxander Powell of Hannibal, MO and Emma McLeod (Ben Hettinger) of Knox City, MO; her siblings, Michael Moutray, Diannia Moutray and Elizabeth Bradley; and her grandchildren, Alarik Foreman, Zander Foreman and Justice Maye Hettinger. She is also survived by grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the James O'Donnell Funeral Home (302 S 5th St, Hannibal, MO 63401).
Memorial contributions may be made to the James O'Donnell Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
