He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward Coffey and Florence Thompson Coffey; his siblings, Joe Coffey, Jerry Coffey, William Coffey Sr., Marie Kurz and Christine Fulton; and his great-niece Kimberly Ladawn Kurz.
He is survived by: his children, Jeremiah Steven Coffey (Heather) of Hannibal, MO, Wendy Marie Largent (Carl) of Hannibal, MO and Robert Coffey (Tracy) of Hannibal, MO; and his siblings, Paul Coffey (Gina) of Hannibal, MO, Kevin Coffey of Hannibal, MO, Loretta Zimmerman of Quincy, IL and Carol Lockwood (Keith) of Hannibal, MO. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
