He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy L. Smith and Leota Volm Smith Evans. He is survived by: his girlfriend Judy Hooley of Hannibal, MO; his children, Tracy Smith of California and Christopher Smith (Amber) of Redwood City, CA; his grandchildren, Jaxsen Smith, Whitley Smith, Harrisen Smith, Avery Lake (Matthew Fischer) and Camrin Lake; and his siblings, Joyce Butler (Stephen), Billie Fohey (Dennis), Cecil Smith and Mark Smith (Barbie).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1111 Broadway, Hannibal, MO 63401). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Family Catholic School or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
