He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth L. Caldwell; his grandparents, Kenneth, Lena Caldwell, Carl and Mattie Smith; and his pet Dexter.
He is survived by: his mother Dora L. Smith Caldwell (Frank Waelder); his siblings, Justin Caldwell and Sherry Wallace (Neil); his nieces and nephews, Sara Malone (Cody), Amanda McGraw, Sadie Wallace (Miles), Jeremy Bowen (Victoria), William Wallace (Charlotte) and Jonathan Wallace (Nataleigh); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aly, Mason Malone, Harper Gibbons, Bo McGraw, Paige, Kouper Bowen, Dolton, Addison Tyge and Harley Hargrave; and his close friends, Rob, Debbie Smith, Jose, Madison Flores and Ashley Maldonado.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Northeast Missouri Humane Society.
