She was predeceased by: her parents, Chancey Runyon and Lillie Johnson Runyon; her husband Earl Kline; her son Billy Cook; her siblings, Edna Bush, Ruth Treaster (Ronnie), Mary Cox, Lewis Runyon, Joe Runyon, Jesse Runyon, James Runyon and Chancey Runyon Jr.; her brothers-in-law, Richard Hopkins, Donald Bush and Lee Roy Threkeld; her grandsons, Travis Caskey and Dustin Cook; and her great grandchild Steven Caskey.
She is survived by: her children, Johnnie Cook (Tammy) of Hannibal, MO and Debbie Green (Neal) of New London, MO; her sisters, Ruby Hopkins of Eolia, MO, Esther Glover (Bill) of Hannibal, MO and Helen Moss (Tim) of Davenport, IA; her grandchildren, Ashley Wright, Jason Cook (Stephanie), Pat Hill (Stacey) and Amber Jones (Tom); and her great grandchildren, Johnnie Ewing, Michael Ewing, Paxton Hill, Molly Hill, Colby Cook, Brady Cook, Olivia Jones and Wesley Jones. She is also survived by two great great grandsons; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hannibal Nutrition Center or to the Northeast Missouri Humane Society.
