Verna P. Nofziger Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verna P. Nofziger of Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on April 7, 2026, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Verna P. Nofziger to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard V. Crane and Mary Catherine Pettitt Crane; her sons, Howard Leonard Nofziger and Myron Dale Nofziger; and her siblings, Roy Crane, John L. Shepherd, Richard Darrell Crane, Raymond Crane and Rose Reed.
She is survived by: her son Harold Nofziger (Phyllis) of Stevens, PA; her sister Dorothy Whitley of New London, MO; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Nofziger (Grace Hercyk) of Salzburg, Joel Nofziger (Eileen Kinch) of Harleysville, PA, Carey Petersen of Denton, TX and Jeremy Nofziger (Melanie) of Carrolton, TX. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
