She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Duggins and Bill Duggins; and her sister Nancy Blair. She is survived by: her husband Van Shultz; her daughters, Amanda Shultz and Katie Childs; and her son-in-law Roy Childs.
She requested that donations made in her memory be sent to the Northeast Missouri Humane Society in honor of Daisy, her beloved dog she hoped to meet again at the Rainbow Bridge.
