It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Clair Neff of Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on December 6, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Clair Neff to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Dale Hinsley Neff and Betty Aldridge Neff; his siblings-in-law, Joe Gray, Truman Lamberson and Yolanda Gray; and his niece Lori Cox Wright.

He is survived by : his siblings-in-law, Doug Cox II (Sue), Joe Cox (Carrie) and Sharon Lamberson; and his nieces and nephews, Doug Cox III, Roydon Cox, Truman Lamberson II, Shawn Lamberson, Conn Lamberson, Chris Gray, Courtney Janes and Carry Gray.
