She was predeceased by: her parents, David Frederick and Gladys Andrew Frazier (Minnick); her husband Kenneth Marvin Foster; her siblings, Frederick Elbert Frazier, Millard Wilson Frazier and Nancy Muir; her siblings-in-law, Geneva Frazier and Roger Muir; her nephew David Frazier; and her niece Joyce Frazier.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Elbert Foster of Richmond, Missouri, Kirk Wilson Foster (Lauretta Enochs) of Columbia, Missouri and Kyle David Foster (Anna Marie) of Hardin, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Katherine Elizabeth "Beth" Fortin (Joel), Callie Anne Moudy (Ryan), Aaron Ray Hayden (Bethany Gomez), Meghan Faith Foster (Jahmon Smith), Josie Marie McKellips (Lisa Baldwin), Benjamin Micheal McKellips (Christina Pryor), Carrie Lee Dehn (Daniel) and Bella Grace Foster; her great grandchildren, Charis Ysabella Fortin, Owen Luca Fortin, Oliver Heath Fortin, Eric Ryan Moudy, Alek Caleb Moudy, Ozzie Gomez, James Ellis IV, Emma Bell-Ellis, Allissa Bell, Matthew Bell-Ross, Robert Bodhi Ray Hayden, Diymon Yvette Gillepsie, Jordon La'Kale Smith, Jaylee Nicole Smith, Madison Olean Medlock, Micheal Owen McKellips and Wyatt Jackson McKellips; her nieces, Martha Frazier, Rebecca Frazier, Morna Behrens and Christine Frazier; and her nephew Chaun Muir.
