She was predeceased by: her father Billy D. Lewis; her grandparents, Lester Lewis and Nannie Lewis; and her nephew Ty Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Sharon L. Anthony of Harrisburg; her husband Mike Proctor of Harrisburg; her children, Josh Proctor, Buddy Proctor and Chelcie Proctor; her siblings, Billy Lewis, April Dodson, Angel Lumb and Brandi Lewis; and her grandchildren, Reece Proctor, Emmy Proctor, Creed Lewis, Lilah, Amelia and Braven Proctor.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harrisburg Lions Club (120 E Sexton St, Harrisburg, MO 65256).
