He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy E. Osborn and Emma Mae Osborn (Kerr); his parents-in-law, Frank and Darlene Stokes; his brother Carl; and his nieces, Carla, Kim and Ashley.
He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Hess; his wife Frances Kay Osborn (Stokes); his siblings, Connie Smith, Randy Osborn (Joyce) and Eilene Osborn; and his children, Todd Osborn (Christy), Tricia Burton (Lyle) of Adrian, MO, Robin Bobinmyer (Chuck) of Pittsburg, MO, Jennifer Leeth of Kansas City, MO, Vincent Leeth (Amy) of Kansas City, MO and Gary Hall Sr. of Archie, MO. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
