He is survived by: his parents, Chad Culpepper and Emma Culpepper (Hartzler) of Harrisonville, MO; his siblings, Eleanor, Orvis and Lincoln; his great-grandparent Wanda Culpepper; and his grandparents, Johnna Culpepper, Harry and Mary Hartzler. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles; and even more cousins.
