She was predeceased by: her parents, Chauncey Allen and Ethel Aliene Payne (Lewis). She is survived by: her children, Brenda K. Noland of Peculiar, MO, Bradley R. Moeller (Stephanie) of Topeka, KS and Matthew C. Moeller (Christina) of Colorado Springs, CO. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, and her 11 great-grandchildren.
The family asks that donations be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Travel to Hope in lieu of flowers.
