She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Ellsworth and Anna Ellsworth (Kelley); her husband Henry Kistler Leyh; and her son William Robert Leyh. She is survived by: her granddaughter Shannon; her daughters, Sharon Browning, Cheryl Leyh of Freeman and Melissa White of Harrisonville, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Ashleigh, Kelsey and Shane. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; other relatives and a host of friends.
