She is survived by: her children, Quinten Middaugh and Rhiannon Keck (Bart) of Archie, Missouri; her stepdaughters, JoAnna Wisner and Julie Wisner; her grandchildren, Angaleena Middaugh, James Middaugh and Kayleena Middaugh; her stepgranddaughters, Shayla Avants and Amanda Avants; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Camryn, Layne, Seth and Simon; and her siblings, Edwin Paul Middaugh, John Middaugh, Shaun O'Neal and Tammy Sue Middaugh. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
