He is survived by: his wife Diane Bolinger; his son Zach Bolinger (Emily) of Harrisonville, Missouri.; his siblings-in-law, Jim Nichols (Lisa) of Harrisonville and Rachael Murray of Harrisonville, Missouri.; his sibling's children, Chuck Bolinger (Katelyn) of Harrisonville, Jessica Eastwood (Cole) of Greenwood, Austin Murray (Ali) of Pleasant Hill, Jacob Murray of Fort Worth and Tanner Murray (Ruth) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Micah, Isla, Elliott, Asher and Hadley; and also Patty Bolinger of Harrisonville, Missouri..
