She was predeceased by: her sisters-in-law, Valeta Baxter and Judy Fligg. She is survived by: her parents, James Lakin and Lydia Lakin (Eckhoff); her spouse Gene Noell; her sons, Garrett Noell (Nicole) and George Noell; her grandchildren, Rucker, Wyatt, Charlotte and Quinn Noell; her siblings, Tony Lakin and Janell Doll (Craig); her sister-in-law Gloria Allen; and her siblings' children, Destiny Lakin, Jason Doll, Melissa Whitworth and Amy Cox.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Croix Hospice.
