Shryl Lynne (Turner, Alexander) Smith Obituary

Shryl Lynne Smith, of Harrisonville, Missouri was born August 10, 1952 in Belton, Missouri the daughter of Charles and Donna (Haggard) Turner. She departed this life on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at her home at the age of 62 years, 10 months and 11 days. On April 7, 2006, Shryl was united in marriage to John Franklin Smith in Harrisonville, Missouri.

Shryl was a missionary in Haiti and her first love was Jesus. She also owned and operated Daylight Donuts in Belton. Shryl was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Church and attended the Abiding Love Baptist Church both of Harrisonville. She loved music, to read and artwork. She was preceded in death by her parents. Shryl is survived by her husband, John Smith of the home; daughters Nicole Moody (Brian) Harrisonville Missouri, and Kelly Alexander Raymore Missouri, 5 Grandchildren Shelbe Dishong, Mason Scrivener, Cole Hibdon, Shasta Hibdon and Skyler Hibdon. One sister Pattie Weiland, two brothers Dan Turner and Paul Turner and many nephews. Two dogs, 4 paws and Gregory.
