He is survived by: his children, Renee Crust (Donald Crust) of Harrisonville, MO and Sasha Cummons (Chris Rushly); his siblings, Kathy (Jim Minshall), Wendy Hastings-Surber of Osceola, MO, Willie Hastings of Collins, MO and Lori Jane Spencer of Grandview, MO; his grandchildren, Taryn Huskey (Cody Kauffman) of Harrisonville, MO, Felecia Chalmers (Blake Chalmers) of Peculiar, MO and Gavin Cummons (Jasmyn Berry) of Belton, MO; and his great grandchildren, Harper, Knox, Ridge, Luka and Livia.
