We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2025, at the age of 68, Timothy Dale Payne of Harrisonville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Timothy Dale may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Timothy Dale touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Donald and Norma "Jean" Payne (Claxton); and his nephew Korrie Chaney. He is survived by: his daughters, Angi Payne of Harrisonville, MO, Jami Payne-Reed of Montana and Misty Whetstine of Florida; his siblings, David Payne of Harrisonville, MO and Alma Chaney of Kearney, MO; and his siblings' children, Kellie and Tate. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Atkinson Funeral Home (600 W Wall St, Harrisonville, MO 64701).
