He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Okey and Thursey Perry (Cline); his wife Janice; and his sisters, Addie Dunigan, Linda Coleman, Gladys Price and Lillie Lowe.
He is survived by: his stepsons, Randall Busbea (Penny) and Rick Busbea (Tracey).
