He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Edith Truster (Deckard); his siblings, Jamie Truster, Beverly Wynn (Bill) and Rhonda Smith (Bill); his nieces and nephews, Ryan Wynn (Katie), Robbie Wynn, Dalton Smith (Stephanie), Misti Lowery (Chad), Natalie Gulley (Mark) and Natasha Cryer (Jason); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Hunter, Heston, Jalon, Drew, Eli, William, Michael, Addison, Aubrey, Kinley, Myla, Hallie, Azleigh and Finleigh.

Contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses in care of the funeral home.
