He is survived by: his wife Carmen Baker (Beam); his children, Curtis Baker (Bailey) of Elkland, Tanner Pata (Ainsleigh) of Republic, Aidan Baker of Hartville and Karley Baker of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Athena, Dean and Rikki. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
