With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Davis of Hartville, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 11, 2024 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Davis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob Solomon Davis (Jake) and Verna Bolian Davis; and his brothers, James Anthony Davis and Gary Lynn Davis (Sandra Kay). He is survived by : his children, Melissa Heeney (John), Amy Coopman (David) of Shawnee, Kansas and Alex Davis (Lisa) of Blue Springs; his grandchildren, Katie, Lucy Coopman, Megan, Jack Heeney, Aria and Everett Davis; his sisters, Marcia Fritz and Polly Taber; and his wife Sandy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hartville Free Will Baptist Church (5658 State Hwy Z, Hartville, MO 65667). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 at the Durbin Cemetery.

Memorial contributions to the Durbin Cemetery and the Hartville Community Betterment Foundation may be made through the funeral home.
