With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lida Grace Chism of Hartville, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Irene Patterson (Hughes) and Edward Patterson; her son Phillip Patterson; and her brothers, E. C. Patterson and Terry Patterson.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Polacoff (Harry) of Republic, Keith Osterloh (Kim) of Springfield and Pam Osterloh of Springfield; her grandchildren, Joey Polacoff, Laura Troxel (Aaron), Mandee Olinger (Tony), Mitchell Osterloh and Jillian Gutherie (Michael Stouffer); her great grandchildren, Annabelle, David Troxel, Aliya and Lily Osterloh; her sister-in-law Kay Patterson of Marshfield; and her nephew Shane Patterson.
